Please remember to also store your trash and recycle cans out of view; in your garage. Violations will be issued if stored outside.

Construction of Main Street Square began in May, 1993 by Crosswinds Communities. By February, 1995 our 3.5-acre site was fully transformed from 20 houses into the community it is today. The Main Street Square project was sold out long before completion. Subsequently, the units have always experienced incredible demand, as they not only are one of the finest places to live in Royal Oak for those who enjoy the ease of condominium living; they are arguably in the very best location in metro Detroit. Wildly popular, Main Street Square is responsible for ushering in metro Detroit’s vogue for townhouse living. The 124 condominiums have one of three different floor plans ranging from 800 – 1,150 square feet, with two private parking spaces per unit. Crosswinds built the units extremely well, they did a fantastic job designing the floor plans, and the Association has maintained them exceedingly well over the years.
