The Association Meeting is held once a year.

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, who are members of the association in good standing, governs the affairs of the association. They are elected for a term of two years by the general membership at the annual meeting. The Board of Directors has the power and duty necessary for the administration of the affairs of the Association. They are responsible for the following:
  1. To manage and administer the affairs of, and to maintain, the Condominium and the Common Elements thereof.
  2. To levy and collect assessments against and from to CO-owner members of the Association and to use the proceeds thereof for the purposes of the Association.
  3. To carry insurance and to collect and to allocate the proceeds thereof.
  4. To rebuild improvements after casualty.
  5. To contract for the employ and persons, firms, corporations or other agents to assist in the management, operation, maintenance and administration of the Condominium.
  6. To acquire, maintain and improve, and to buy, operate, manage, sell, convey, assign, mortgage, or lease any real or personal property on behalf of the Association in the furtherance of any of the purposes of the Association.
  7. To grant easements, rights of entry, rights of way, and licenses to, through, over, and with respect to the common elements of the Condominium on behalf of the members of the Association.
  8. To borrow money and issue evidences of indebtedness in furtherance of any and all of the purposes of the Association.
  9. To make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations in accordance with the Bylaws. And to make and enforce resolutions and policies in the furtherance of any or all of the purposes of the Association or Condominium Documents.
  10. To establish committees as necessary for the purpose of implementing the administration of the Condominium and to delegate to these committees any functions or responsibilities, which are not by the law or by, the Condominium Documents required to be performed by the Board.
  11. To enforce the provisions of the Condominium Documents.
